Exchanges & Refunds
Only new and unworn merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
When returning items, you will be responsible for the postage costs to Bandit Golf Apparel. We recommend returning your item with a tracked service to ensure it's safe arrival.
Refunds and Exchanges will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the return back at our warehouse. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We send exchanges Monday - Friday (Holidays excluded). If you require a new item quickly, we recommend placing a brand new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Please note we can only exchange items for the same style in a different colour or size. If you would like to exchange with a different style, please return the original order for a refund and place a brand new order.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team prior to returning your item. You have 14 days to return any faulty or incorrect items. If you now have an alternative shipping address for your exchange please provide these new details clearly to firstname.lastname@example.org or send to 40 Warneford Way, Leighton Buzzard, Beds, LU7 4PX.
